Ground flaxseed with inulin is obtained by grinding quality flaxseed, partially removing the oil and adding
Jerusalem artichoke flour (which contains inulin). This product is not only a valuable source of fibre and protein, but also a tasty addition to the diet.
Add a couple of tablespoons to breakfast yoghurt, fruit smoothie, kefir or juice. Ground flaxseed is used to replace all or part of the flour when baking bread, biscuits and cakes.
