Healthy breakfast smoothie with two types of seed protein A smoothie does not always have to be a cocktail served in a glass. It can also be thicker, more filling and served almost like a dessert, beautifully decorated with berries of your choice. A breakfast like this is not only pleasing to the eye, but also to the stomach.

Ingredients:
Greek yoghurt
400 ml
Various berries
250 g
Ripe bananas
2 pcs
Honey (optional)
1 tablespoon
Iecavnieks ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon
Iecavnieks ground hemp seeds
1 tablespoon
Peppermint
2 sprigs
Preparation:
  1. Place the Greek yoghurt, half the berries and one and a half bananas in a blender jug. Add the honey, the Iecavnieks ground flaxseed and hemp seeds and a sprig of mint. Blend everything.
  2. Arrange the mixture in two bowls, garnish with the other half of the berries and the remaining banana, slicing it into fine rings. Sprinkle a bit of ground flaxseed and hemp seeds on top.
