Growing oilseed rape is a continuous process. In autumn, after the harvest, we till the fields and sow winter oilseed rape. In spring, we carefully check how the fields have overwintered.
In line with European Union regulations, we use quality rapeseed that has not been genetically modified and meets food safety requirements. Thanks to careful breeding, varieties such as Brassica napus 00 and 000 have near-zero levels of erucic acid. This makes oilseed rape one of the most valuable oilseeds for human health.
